Our external partners are working hard to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible during this busy festive season. To avoid any disappointment, we highly recommend placing your order early.

While we always do our best to get your parcel on its way promptly, please keep in mind that courier services can experience higher volumes and longer delivery times in the lead-up to Christmas.

Last delivery dates for Christmas are listed below. While these dates are a helpful guide and we aim to have your cosy knit ready to wrap in time for Christmas, they are not a guarantee. 

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery times may vary - but rest assured, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Thank you for shopping with us, and for your understanding during this busy period.

All purchases made from Monday, 24th November until Wednesday, 24th December 2025 come with our extended returns period - so you (and your lucky gift recipients) have a little more breathing room. Any item bought during this time can be returned up until 31st January 2026.
